    I just bought xbox live gold 60% off for 3 months, but I can´t play online becouse it says that i need xbox live gold. On my subscription it says that i have xbox live gold and i could take the free games off the month.

    Hi man, same here, i just buy a 12 months xbox live gold today and cant play PUBG or Fornite (i dont have more games with online), so sad, i recently bought an Xbox one X and still cant play online

    Please check your subscription status
    here     to ensure the payment was processed, and the subscription has been added to your account. If this doesn't show any signs of resolving your problem on your console, power cycle it. If it continues beyond that point I suggest contact Xbox support via
    their official support channels.

    Can you explain a bit more detailed what you have bought exactly?

    If you have bought a 15€ Xbox gift card and redeemed it you can buy Games / DLC and Movies with that.

    To play online you need a Xbox Live Gold membership, Infos about that can be found here: www.xbox.com/live/gold , which cant be bought with Account Balance.

    To buy Gold you need Paypal / CreditCard or buy a Xbox Live Gold Card in a store of your choice.
