Bought XBOX Live Gold and i cant play online

Hello i recently bought xbox live gold on my xbox from website for my other account. But when i play it will just say join live gold. when i went to xbox.com/status it said

Purchase and Content Usage is limited

ok i bought a 3 month xbox live gold and i cant connect to a party or play online is there a problum with the live

i recently bought a 3 month xbox live gold membership that expires 9/21/2017 and it says that i dont have gold anymore so i cant play online , it only lasted about 1 month

 

Hi man, same here, i just buy a 12 months xbox live gold today and cant play PUBG or Fornite (i dont have more games with online), so sad, i recently bought an Xbox one X and still cant play online

 

enough people are having problems with that, xbox support, recommends that you remove your profile, restart the console and put it back in profile

although there are times when it does not work, which is my case

 

Same. My Gold expired yesterday and I had a pre-paid card. Subscription in settings has updated expiration date. No LIVE access.

I understand that this is an issue with inputting the codes, but why would Xbox allow codes to be input if there was an error in the system?

I'm sure I'll get back on when the error is resolved, but am I going to get back those days already expired?

 

I tried everything and still can’t play online check Xbox status at Xbox.com/status

 

I know right. Same problem here.
