Bought xbox live early year for 1 year and today it says i need to purchase xbox live help

I bought xbox gold/live early january, an entire subscription for 1 year but for some reason today I try to play an online game and it says i need to purchase xbox live/ gold i cant even start my own party or join one, someone help

Hello I bought the 1 year of xbox live gold on 8/15/17 but today my xbox says I need to buy gold when I try to go online on Black ops 3 I went to the my account purchases page and it says pending, yet the money was taken out of my account on 8/15/17 which
is when I bought the gold. Please help !

 

GTA game

I have bought GTA for my kids. I also have Xbox gold it doesn't need renewing till next year. I bought the game last year and my daughter's have till today been able to play live, it keeps telling her to get Xbox live. Can someone please help.

Removed and redownloaded account nothing worked

waiting for more replies then ill call xbox support

 

Have you watched the code closely, maybe there was something wrong or did you buy it somewere else than on xbox or a real shop were you can buy the cards?

 

I bought it at best buy but it says its still active it just doesnt work its in my subscriptions, says i need to renew it in january but xbox is telling me i need to do it today

 

Im having the same problem now for the last two days. My gold subscription is good through April next year but when I try to play any game multiplayer it says to purchase gold. Calling support.
