Bought Xbox live 4 days ago and it has just stopped working

I bought a months Xbox live four days ago and it was working fine until this mourning. When ever I try go on a game that requires Xbox live the market place pops up with offer's for Xbox live. I then checked my subscriptions on my account and it says everything
is fine and that I will have Xbox live gold till 11/6/17 then I will have to renew it. I have spoke to the support team via Twitter but they seam hopeless and they just sent me hear. Please help.

I've kind of having the same problem, it won't let me connect to Xbox Live at all! It was working fine up until 4 days ago, and then for some reason, the connection just stopped working, but for some reason, it's affecting my Windows 8 as well. Someone please
help me.

Everything was working about 4 days ago then hulu disney plus and funimation stopped but netflix still works fine and I can access everything on my other devices just not the xbox
