Bought xbox gold, but account sats i dont have.

i already bought gold but my profile says i dont have gold. I have tried all the steps the forum suggested. I reset my console and then added my account again. But it still won't work. I subscribed to gold on the xbox 360 then got on xbox one a day later.
But microsoft forums said 24 hous is all it needs to realised gold on both consoles.

Thanks for the update! If a purchase did not go through for a game, you are still usually able to play a game since the store gives access to the game before the charge is cleared and if it does not clear, the system will prevent the account from launching
it later on. To ensure whether or not the purchase finalized, you may want to contact support using the
Contact Us portal to speak to an agent via chat or by requesting a callback.

Yes, it says the purchase didnt go through. Which doesn't any sence since i played for a day.
