    Bought xbox game instead of PC - can't refund


    I bought The Outer Worlds for xbox instead of pc, I can't refund the game due to bad gateway.

    Been trying for about an hour now.

    It's play anywhere I believe so you should be able to play on both. I got it with game pass and have downloaded to PC and my Xbox One.

    Mine didn't work after I tried the forum either, so I refunded the game and bought it on PC. It works perfectly now, and if you have a PC I suggest you do that instead. I was expecting the refund process to take a while since it said that ave average waiting time was 72 hours, but mine got refunded in under a minute!
