Bought Xbox from Letgo ( Can’t play Online )

hello I bought a Xbox one from Letgo and I made a account and got a game rainbow six siege but when I installed it and tried to play the game online it says Choose something else to do Because of your past behavior you cannot play multiplayer games online
what can I do about this I just spent $150 for this xbox is there anyone I can call or anything I can’t fo you fix this ?

I got ripped off and i need help ):

i bought an xbox yesterday secondhand from an app called letgo, spent 200 brought it home and the console was banned from xbox live )':

he wouldnt return my money, and now im stuck with a $200 paperweight ): all i do is play online and i dont know what to do.... pleasepleaseplease help me ill do anything i can to help prove it wasnt me that got it banned in the first place.... :/

 

I am very sorry about this. It sounds like the previous owner of this console. Got a device ban on this system. Unfortunately, there is nothing Xbox can do about this. I have heard of this situation multiple times. And Xbox either has a very strict policy
against lifting a console with a device ban or they physically cant do it. Regardless, I understand fully that you are very upset reading this. If you would like you can give a call to Xbox customer support to inquire more information about this I will leave
the number down below. I would also suggest reaching out to Let Go customer support and reporting this user for selling you a console with a device ban.

Console bans are 100% final & not overturned.

Never heard of Letgo but assume it's some kind of 2nd hand shop.

Buying a pre owned console is always a risk & should only be done from a dedicated game shop as they (should) test them before they will buy them from people.

Your only option is to take it back & get a refund.

 

Bring it back to the shop you've bought it from.

That is your only option.

My word of advice: spent 60 bucks more and buy a new Xbox one s bundle.
