Bought xbox 360 Pirates of the Caribbean video game, does not work on xbox one

We have got a XBOX One and bought the game "LEGO Pirates of the C. video game for XBOX 360"

in the list of the backward-compatibility it is said that this game should work with the x-box one:

unfortunately it does not.... however is there any possibility to make it work or do I missunderstand this list.

There is the Pirates Of The Caribbean: At World's End Xbox 360 Game or LEGO: Pirates of the Caribbean. And the most likely answer to the petition question is simply, no you cannot petition to them. Especially not on the Xbox Forums
(against the rules).

You should make the Original Xbox game "Pirates of the Caribbean" available to play on Xbox 360.

If you are into pirates game, Sid Meier's Pirates! for the original Xbox is a nice game. It is also available as game-on-demand.

Alternatively, you can always get the Pirates of the Caribbean: At World's End for the Xbox 360.
