    Bought xbone, having trouble with first initial update.


    Hello,

    I just got myself an xbone today and I seem to be having a hard time with the update. Thing is, its the sign in process that's a ***. The keyboard on the screen freaks out causing the letters/symbols to swtich back and forth preventing me from going any
    further. Please help in any way you can as I really don't want to spend more money to get it repaired. Its pre-owned as well.

    Is your remote ok?? Is there a button stuck on the remote causing it to do this. Seems strange that it would be the Xbox. I would point more toward the controller
