Bought wrong version of Mindcraft for laptop -refund / upgrade possible?

You can definitely request a refund via https://xbox.com/refunds and make sure that you’re signed in under the account where the wrong version of the game was purchased.

So is it possible that if I own the game then purchase the upgrade I still would be able to refund the original version of the game

I bought the wrong version. I wanted the Java version but bought the Windows 10 version. Can I get a refund in any way? I'm never going to play the Windows 10 version.

OK then cklick up left on your profile picture and chose 'My MS account'.

Now check in your order history, if the purchase is still eligible for a refund.

If so you can request a refund.

If it's not possible from there or denied you should request a call back from the phone support and explain that you bought the wrong version.

I bought the wrong version of gtaV, only bought the online version for xbox, and i also wanted the story mode, i asked for a refund so i could buy the right one, they accepted the refund, send me the money, and took it back right after
