Bought Wrong MInecraft Edition

Hello,

I was trying to download Minecraft for my kid, on her chromebook, accidentally purchased the Microsoft Edition instead of the Java, how do I go about exchanging it for the right one?

How long ago did you make the purchases? In some ocassions it can take up to 48 hrs for a transaction to appear.

Also if the charge is not there it could mean that it was held for some reason. Have you contacted your bank to check that?

In this case, you will be needing to request a refund for the wrong transaction in that way you can re-purchase the correct game.
