    Hi there,

    I bought Minecraft Starter Collection online using my account. After that when I tried to install on Windows 10, it was not going to install. Later I checked that the game I bought was for XBOX.

    Can you please exchange my purchase for Minecraft Starter Collection for Windows 10?
