Nhl22 is dual entitlement meaning you can upgrade to the series x or s just by filling out the form @ ea

Since he got a disk copy how did he get a digital copy unless you mean dual entitlement you know you don't actually get cash back for that right? Because it's free the dual entitlement let's you get an xbox series s or x copy digitally that isn't refundable because it's free

Once you buy a disk you don't normally get a digital copy except for dual entitlement or smart delivery either one are free and I highly doubt he got anything from it other then losing access to series s or x copy

Hi thanks for replying, I bought fifa 22 for xbox one but I have xbox series x and did not see the one for xbox series x until after I bought it online so I asked if I could upgrade to series x it would be a extra cost of ten pounds but that would not matter hope this helps

Unfortunately, transferring games from one account to another is not possible. In this case, I'd suggest requesting a refund for your purchase.

To do so:

- Go to http://www.xbox.com/refunds
- Sign in to your account
- Select the game from the list of refundable items
- Click on the green "Request refund" button.

If you don't see your order on the list, please select "Why don't I see my order in the list?". Do keep in mind some purchases can take up to 24 hours to show on the list of refundable items.
