Bought Vietnam But Am Unable To Play

Is Microsoft giving refunds for not being able to play the paid Vietnam add-on?

I don't think any of the new users have been able to get it to work.

Only folks that seem to be able to use it had purchased it before Oct 1, 2014.

Unable to login to ea servers for this game lately, no probs going into BF3 though ... Sad only bought the Vietnam attachement this year

 

Bf:BC 2 Vietnam DLC Problem

I bought the vietnam dlc but I can not play it What do I do? please help me

 

I bought it this morning and was able to play 4 out of the 5 maps. The only map that was missing was Operation Hastings.

 

I talked my buddy into the free BC2 with games with gold. Yeah servers were touchy early on and didn't let him jump right in first push of the button. Think he had to wait like 20 minutes while he kept trying to join in progress off of me. After match
ended and a spot opened he got to join in. He didn't buy NAM though.

You need to go into in-game store and download update #3 and #6. I believe someone here said they fixed it today and #3 appears for download.
