    Bought vc ( 2k18 75k 19.99 ) with Microsoft balance ( 25.00 ) and didn’t credit me vc. Deducted it from my balance and still nothing. I submitted a ticket, suggestions?

    A lot of people are encountering this issue. I would suggest that you get in touch with 2k to see if there is a fix. If you would like to inquire on a refund you can also call xbox customer service.
