Bought VBucks, never received them till today

Greetings

i bought a while ago some vBucks and till today i never get them. Today i got an answer from epic games support, i bought them via xbox store so i have to contact xbox support. Chat isnt working, also getting a call isnt working neither.

any idea what i can do? or number where i can call?

or best would be, a moderator takes care of this case! would be glad to get my money back or deliver the vbucks!

Hello, chat support for me works without problems. They also show queue position. Also try to switch to US region. If you are from different country, there is possibility that it connects you to wrong chat. I always use US webpage. You can find it on left
bottom of webpage. Country and region set to US.

 

i tried different regions, different browser, restarted my damn computer and tried it with mobile, nothing works... i also tried it now on friends computer, same result! so i dont belive i do it wrong

 

Finally i got it working with a linux based computer, what a work xD thanks all for helping, have a nice day and keep smiling
