Bought Vanguard but unable to download on Xbox One

Check if you can find the game in your purchase history and the purchase status is ''completed'', on this link you can check your purchase history.

If the purchase status is ''completed'', clean your console's MAC and try to install the game through the library or store.

To clean the MAC follow this path

Settings>general>network settings>advanced settings>alternative MAC address and click clear and restart the console when prompted.

If the transaction has a status of ''declined'', Microsoft has tried to make the charges but for some reason they were denied by the payment method. You will have to redo the purchase.

I see. Did you follow the instructions I mentioned and try to install the game from your library?

If the problem still persists reset the console to factory defaults, you won't lose anything but you will need to log in with your account again. Email and password are required.

Follow this path and select reset keeping games and app.

In 5 to 10 minutes you will finish reconfiguring your console

To reset the console>

Settings> System> Console Info> Reset Console

***Do not reset your console without having your account email and password.***

It is an Xbox Console and the purchase was completed and it was suppose the allow me to download after Nov 5th but instead it still show the link to buy it. And if I try it it just allows me to buy it again

I mean that I bought the game version for xbox one and not the one for xbox 360, so I'm unable to download it or else.
