    Bought V-Bucks, Did not receive them


    I bought the $9.99 pack of Fortnite V-Bucks and received an error code stating that the purchase could not be made. I simply thought the purchase couldn't be made since there were ongoing Xbox server issues. However, Microsoft sent an email stating that
    the purchase was complete. Checking my bank account, there was indeed a charge from the V-Bucks purchase. How can I get a refund ?

    First, check to make sure the charge isn't marked "pending". That usually means it's temporary and should remove itself within 48 hrs.

    Secondly I would see if they show up in your account by tomorrow. If they don't you should take this issue to Microsoft Support so they can either fix the order or issue a refind.
