    Bought used Xbox one. Where can i find a legit power supply?


    I just recently bought a used Xbox off Ebay, but i need to buy all the other accessories. This is going alright except the only power supplies i can find are cheap Asian knock off brands for ~$25. After looking at the reviews for those power supplies, everyone
    rated it a terrible score. So basically i just need to find a decent power supply that isn't super expensive. Thanks!

    220V Power supply

    Hello guys. I bought an xbox 360 slim in US for my cousins in the Philippines. I bought a used one since it is cheaper. My only problem is the power supply. In the Philippines, the voltage is 220V while 110V in US. I want to buy a power supply that is 220V
    but I can't find an original one. Where can I buy this 220V power supply that are made by microsoft? Thanks a lot.

    Can an xbox console purchased In the us be used in Africa? He US power brick is rated 110-120v and the power supply mains in nigeria is 220-240. Can I buy an alternate power brick? Where can I find one?

    HI Legit Challenge,

    Sorry you're having issues with your Xbox power supply. You said that this is a brand new power supply. Did this come from Xbox via the repair site? If it did, then I would suggest contacting Xbox Support located below to get another one. Also, if
    this is a replacement power supply unit, if you can try to test your Xbox, or this power supply somewhere else (family or friend with Xbox?), that would help you in determining if the Xbox has an issue, or if it's the Power Supply.

    If this is a new console and new power supply, try the troubleshooting steps below. If those do not work, then I would suggest exchanging the console where you bought it.

    Troubleshooting:

    Make sure the power supply is plugged directly into the wall and not a power strip. If that doesn't work, I would also suggest trying another known good working outlet to see if you can get the console to power up.

    Contact Xbox if this is a replacement Power Supply
