    Hello. I just bought a used Xbox One from a pawnshop. However, the previous owner had an account and password set up and I don't know the password obviously, but I also can't create a new account without logging into the original account. I was also told
    that there were several digitally downloaded games on the console, and I was wondering if the games would still be available if I managed to create a new account on the Xbox. Could anyone help me out? I just want to be able to access the console itself but
    also access the digitally downloaded games as well if that's possible. I'm new to next gen video games so I'm pretty clueless about all this stuff, and my kids really want to play the games. Thank you in advance!

    How Do I switch the netflix app from one login to another?

    I just bought a used but new xbox 360 (is less than a year old). The netflix app is in the original owners login.... how do I switch the netflix app to my login??????

    Changing REGION! Help me!

    Hello, I just bought an Xbox 360. I used my old account to login to Xbox Live. Unfortunately that account region was not my local one. Now I can't redeem any code, because of restricted region. What should I do, how can I change it?

    P.S. I can't even redeem my Xbox live 1 month gold member card.

    Trying to access a account & the games on it that do not belong to you is a violation of the ToU/CoC.

    You need to perform a factory reset on the console & remove everything on it.

    Then you should be able to create your own account.You can not use someone elses.

    The person who sold the console should of removed their account & content themselves.

    I have the same issue, I bought Minecraft for my sister under 13, created an Xbox account for her and she can't even login into the game, only the web web browser, there's no settings we can change into her account because she can't login in the game itself,
    only in the browser, and she can't play online at all

    Is Pc using the different account, the account that bought the game? Try power cycle on Xbox described here. If that doesn't work, try to remove
    a then add an account that bought the game on your console. Set it again as homebox on your console. Close the game. Login with friends account and play. In the same time, your friend on PC must login with an account that bought the game and play. I know that
    you have game pass ultimate. Have you tried a power cycle reset? To conclude:

    1. Your main account must be set as homebox on xbox

    2. You must login with a different account on Xbox, and since your main account is home you can share games. Try also for that, different account to set as home.

    3. Your friend on PC, must login with your main account and play.

    You can't have 2 Xbox accounts in one Email, each email has only one Xbox account and if after the login you see a different Xbox account than the one you wanna login means you are using the wrong email address
