    Remove Family Passcode from preowned xbox360

    Hello, I bought a preowned xbox 360 but it has a family passcode. I tried contacting the online chat support but always gives error and doesn't allow me to connect. How do I remove the passcode?

    Help please!

    My Parents bought a Xbox but it has a Password on Family Settings. They bought it in Best Buy.

    I've been trying to find a way to remove the Passcode on family settings, but they store that they bought it, doesn't know how to remove the passcode, and i can't play all my games, please Xbox company help me.... its been 2 years since i got that Xbox and
    i can't play anything. except It's rated T.

    Yes, the U,A,L,X is the system reset code of your console and it will also delete the passcode of your family setting.

    Actually JHill, that's for the Family Settings Passcode. Account Passcodes are removed simply by re-downloading profiles.
