    I just bought a used 360 slim. The parental controls are still activated and I don't have the password what can I do?

    Hello Patjan1,

    Sorry to hear about the issue signing in. Looks like the email used was a different one used than on the 360 account. To view the email on the 360 account, log onto the console:

    From home>settings>profile>account security there as long as it an Xbox live account you will see the email associated to the account. Then you can go to the
    Account website and if don't remember password you will be able to

    change the password     on the website with correct email.

    was this on the 360 if so then silver accounts don't get cloud saving, if on the one then all accounts get the same benefits as the main gold account. try logging into the second gamertag here obviously using the email and password associated with that
    gamertag.

    Just log in to it - you don't need to move it. Use the email associated with your account and password to log in.

    I tried using the gamertag and username that is on the other 360. I keep getting that the info is associated with another account. I use my login info and password with the gamertag listed in the upper left.

    Xbox live profiles don't change on their own. If you are using the email associated with your account and the password that is the live profile.
