Bought Ultimate Edition, never got Halo Wars 1 Access

I purchased the Ultimate Edition bundle through the windows store on my desktop. I was able to download the game on both my xbox and my desktop perfectly fine. However, I've never been able to access Halo Wars Definitive Edition.

I've checked the store, and it only gives me the option to purchase the game, and it doesn't show that I already own it, nor does it give me an option to download it.

I've checked the messages on my xbox, thinking I might have received a redemption code through there, and nothing came up. Same with email address tied to my XBL account.

Any help here? I've seen a few comments about people having the same issues, hopefully there's a fix for it.

When is Halo wars Definitive edition? And is it for PC?

Bought Halo wars 2 Ultimate edition, and it says i get early access to Halo wars 1 Definitive edition on December 20th... Does that include PC? And if so, when is the exact timezone for release?
