Bought ufc 5 deluxe edition on series s and the cover shows the standard edition?

2. Did you mean you have pre-order the game and getting the 3-day early access?

As per the game developer support team, the game is scheduled for release on October 27, 2023 and if you have pre-ordered the game, you will receive 3-days early access. Refer to the screenshot below if you are seeing the same version of the game. You can also see the link here:

If you canceled your Standard Edition and pre-ordered the Digital Deluxe Edition, you may get charged right away since the game is going to be released on the 10th February for Xbox Series X/S edition. The pre-order payment will start 10 days before the release date.

If you already got charged for the Standard Edition, generally, refunds take 3 to 5 business days.

There is a version for the Xbox One, but it won't be released until April 4.

If he bought the digital deluxe edition of the game, it includes the One version and he would have access to that when it releases.

If he bought the standard Series S/X edition, you could try to get a refund for it and buy the One version.
