Bought two games, was charged twice and can only download one of them.

I attempted to buy both Unreal Tournament 2 and Geometry Wars 3 from the Microsoft Store via my Xbox Series X, but was met with an error screen. I tried it again, and got another error screen.

Afterwards, I checked my bank account, and found that I was charged twice for both games. Also, I was able to install Unreal Tournament 2 (though it does not show up in my Full Game Library), but cannot install Geometry Wars 3 despite being charged for it. I essentially paid twice as much money for two games and can only play one.

I submitted refund requests for both games to take care of the duplicate charge, and they have been approved, but I still cannot install Geometry Wars 3 despite having purchased it once already. Is there a way to resolve this without having to rebuy it?

The only way to be charged twice is if you bought Skarlet outside of the game. Other than that you wont be charged twice.

I received a refund on only one of them. Still have two charges on my card and still don’t own black ops 2 lol have paid for it twice out of my account and do not own the game.

Your account assumes that you have already bought the game because it is there in your download history, so you are not charged twice.
