Bought the Xbox one Elite when it came out

I have been trouble connecting to the Call of duty black ops 3 server, I get a error code a.b.-.-f. every time I try to play it, haven't been able to play it since the game came out. I am also having trouble connecting to madden 16, and get a message saying
Ea servers are down, but they're not. Every other game I have works online except those two. Was wondering if it could be my xbox? I have tried ever possible solution to fixing it with the help of EA support, and Activsion, and nothing has worked.

Why did so many complain about ELITE not being up and running on the first week?

the funny thing is it was half price when the new maps came out..if i bought elite on release day id be so ******ed about that.

 

Any chance early adopters of the Xbox One S can get rewards credits?

Black ops 3 servers are still having a little trouble working properly. For the most part it's stable but not for everyone. Exit out of the game and when it restarts wait at the menu screen, at the top right corner you will see numbers like 37.0.0.0 wait
a few seconds for those numbers to change then go into the game and try it. sometimes just restarting the game over and over gets it.

I'm not sure about madden but seeing how all your other games work and connect to the servers properly means your xbox is doing it's job. The games are having issues.

 

I'm having the same issues with Black Ops 3. Version 37.0.0.0 will not update no matter what i try. I even restored my xbox to factory settings and reinstalled the game, still won't connect. This is driving me insane. I've been dealing with this for 4 days
now.

 

just that one game or any online mp game ? Might be a connection issue
