    Bought the season pass of The Walking Dead: Michonne. Unplayable?


    I just bought and downloaded the season pass for The Walking Dead: MIchonne for my X Box One and can't get through even the opening bit. Only one out of every 10 or 15 button presses register and I just keep dying. How many have had this problem? I see via
    Google searches it's a definite problem. Feel pretty ripped off. The last 3 days I've posted on Telltale's Facebook page, emailed them and everything and they will not respond for a possible fix. Circumstances like this, Microsoft should offer full refunds
    for games that were obviously not QT tested. I feel like a chump for paying for all 3 episodes and can't even make it past the beginning due to control glitches.

    Pandemic Rewards - Level 1 and 2 Progress Not Tracking

    I have purchased the following items since 1 April 2018 and they are not tracking towards this challenge.

    Level 1

    The Walking Dead Complete First Season Game - $24.99

    The Walking Dead: Michonne A Telltale Miniseries - $14.99

    The Walking Dead: A New Frontier - Episode 1 - $4.99

    The Walking Dead: A New Frontier - Season Pass (Episodes 2-5) - $10.00

    State of Decay: Year-One Survival Edition - $7.50

    Level 2

    Armored Zombie Butcher Avatar Outfit - $2.99

    I needed to purchase $40 for level 1 and $2 for level 2. My above purchases should have unlocked both levels, but I haven't seen any progress track nor has either level unlocked. Please help resolve this issue.

    Call support or chat with them in your region. They've been known to give refunds if a game does not work. They have given me a refund for the same thing, but a different game so I know it can be done.

    Thanks for reaching out to the forums! Only the first episode is available of "The Walking Dead: Michonne" with your Game Pass subscription. To access the other episodes, you may be able to purchase them individually or purchase the Season Pass for episodes 2-5.

    Only 1st episode is available.
