    Bought the same game twice.


    Yesterday night i bought Battlefield 4 with a gift card Visa card. When I bought the game it still said "Buy a copy" so I re-bought it. Therefore I was charged two times for one game.

    I am wandering if you guys can cancel the second charge.

    I have just had tbe exact same thing!? So annoyed will be calling them tomorrow! Charged me twice for Skate 3 and said I am blocked from buying things? -.- This is annoying as I have been charged twice and still haven't got the game -.- hope this gets fixed.

    I would honestly suggest trying to phone up Xbox Support using the numbers above. I checked my bank this morning and they have refunded me the correct amount so it's all good on my part. They did a good job and I'm happy that I got my money back. Anyone
    with this issue I would suggest phoning them up and hope you can get through.

    Personally, In the future I will just buy my games from the 360 Live Market.

    No, it specifically says dlc bundle. You did not pay twice for the base game.
