bought the same game 3 times

hi,

I bought the game playerunknown battleground trough the xbox-app 2 times but it did not work.

so I bought it on the console itself, that worked.

however, the money for the first two times is also paid!

idd like to have a refund on those, I tried to use support but it could not help me. when I hit the link to :

the link does not work and the chat wont answer me!

pleas help me

Sorry to hear about your charges. Follow these steps:

Sign in to your Microsoft Account.
From the top menu bar, select Payment & billing > Order history.
Navigate to the game or app you want to be refunded, and select 'Request a refund'.
