    bought the game online and its still telling me to clean the disc when i try to play it


    i have bought 2 cds and now bought it online and when i try to play it its says to clen the disc and im not using the disc game im trying to use the dwnloaded game how can i fix that

    hmm this could be just coincidence that the disc worked whilst offline it could be the disk is damaged and struggles to read whilst online try cleaning the disc with disc cleaner its most likely the disc. if that fails try installing the game to the xbox
    so it wont have to read the disc but the disc will still need inserting to do this click x whilst the play game is highlighted and you will find a button saying x game details hope I helped bought the game online and its still telling me to clean the disc when i try to play it :)

    Disc Error

    Where do I start?....

    Well I recently god Xbox live, 6 month package, & I can do everything on xbox live greaqt, except when i try & play Call of duty; ghosts online it keeps saying disc error to clean disc and try again ?!?!

    1. The disc is Brand New
    2. Every-other game plays great
    3. I've tried deleting the cache files
    4. I tried deleting the game and reinstalling it & still nothing.

    PLEASE HELP ME

    Game not readable

    I bought my copy for my son christmas of 2013. Now when we try and play it it says disc not readable. I cleaned the disc numerous times and it's still says the same thing. My disc has like a circle shape on the disc. But it's not a scratch. Can someone
    please tell me what I can do to fix this problem. My son really likes this game.

    My Xbox One X won‘t recognize Resident Evil 2

    I feel you man, and please drop a line if you get this problem resolved because I am also having this stupid issue. Its the first Xbox game I've bought in a really long time and I was excited to play my Xbox but not no more. It like me play the game exactly
    twice before it stopped reading the disc and I swear to god if anyone tells me that "it might be dirty" I might actually lose it. The disc was clean and I still went in and got a new one and guess what? It won't work still. I've restarted it a number of ways,
    I've erased and re-added my profile, and I uninstalled the game and still, nothing! I was excited to get some new games for my xbox but now I'm unsure if that's how its gonna play out.
