    Battlefield 1 Purchase Problems

    I had the EA Access trial for Battlefield 1 and I bought the game when I pressed on it it said trial has expired i deleted it and installed it again but the same thing happened I need Help -

    Destiny stuck in trial mode

    I bought the taken king legendary edition after getting the trial mode of destiny. When I launched Destiny again, I was still in trial mode. Later I cleared my cache and had the same result. After that I uninstalled the game as a whole the installed again.
    I still have the same result of being stuck in trial mode.

    thanks for the reply. I have tried reinstalling it with no luck. My son thinks it was bought/installed during a trial. Did that cause the problem? thanks

    I got a game disc, but it says “Trial” under it

    I installed battlefield 5 as a trial it a bit uninstalled and today installed again with ea access and it still thinks I have the trial I'm reinstalling it but I'm not sure

    If you search for the game in the store on XBOXONE does it say Install? Sometimes games don't show up in the ready to install list automatically
    The issue is that he bought the trial, not the game and trials don't work on back compat.
