Bought the game but can`t install

Hi friends, I bought Battlefield Premium on 12/17/2015 with my credit card on live. Today I try to install it but for my surprise the game wasn`t at my list game. I When I go to the game at the store it`s appear that I have tobuy. Can you help me please.

i have a little issue, i bought the new tomb raider and when i wanted to install it, it didn t function. I always play offline so i wanted to know if i have to update my concole so that it can install the game or what is the problem

Did you receive a conformation email upon purchase of the content, you can also go to your games and apps go to the game battlefield press the menu button (start) go to manage game and the doc should be ready to download

that's dlc you still need to get the game, I suggest you get each access that way you get the game for free plus what's in the vault
