    The add on i paid for and updated will not open. It takes to the Microsoft Store and says you own this but doesnt do anything when i click onit

    Might be silly to ask, but have you also bought Forza horizon 4 or at least have a game pass account to play it? I am saying this because Fortune Island is an add-on, not a stand alone game.

    Just to make sure, does he have Forza Horizon 4 already? Fortune Island is an add-on for Horizon 4 so it will not work unless he also has the base game.
