Xbox One X not downloading 4k assets

I recently bought an xbox one x and installed forza horizon 3 and fifa 18 which are both One x enhanced titles. I compared the game size on my One S and they are both the same. Forza Horizon 3 is 54GB while fifa 18 is 48.45GB in size on both consoles. The
option to enable 4k Downloads on One S is disabled. Is the size supposed to remain same? i have reinstalled Forza Horizon 3 and the size is same. Also tried hard reset and restarting xbox to no avail.

So theres a problem with my Xbox live gold abonnement...

Hello there everybody,

I just bought an xbox one in bundle with a fifa 18 code and a forza horizon 3 code with the hot wheels dlc from the german store "mediamarkt" which includes also a 14-day test abonnement of xbox live gold.

On my microsoft account it says that I used this code, so I think it should work but it doesnt.

Every time I want to play a Fifa 18 online game, it says that im not able to play because I dont have xbox live gold.

Im asking for quick help and hope that my problem can be solved because i cant wait to play fifa

FIFA bundled with European xbox day ones are download codes , or at least the UK ones are. The forza 5 bundle with xbox day ones are physical disks.

Same here. Got Gigabit Lan. Streaming works very nice with Forza Horizon 3 (downloaded from store) but stutters and laggs with Fifa 18 and Forza 7 (both disc version). Also i can set quality to low and still it stutters and laggs with those games. My PC
sits directly 1m near the xbox one s both connected to same gigabit switch.

Hi, we ended up having to return the entire Xbox bundle (we bought the Xbox one S that came with the Fifa code) to the shop we bought it from.. Xbox support were hopeless and we ended up getting them to send us an email telling us that we needed to return
the bundle for an exchange. We took that to the retailer and they very kindly accepted this and exchanged the lot. Fifa now works
