So,I bought that 30 Days trial of Live Gold and after playing for 1 hour or so it suddenly stopped working.

I bought it to test Overwatch free weekend,played it a bit and after I tried to play again the gold membership wasnt working.

I tried the support today and after many tries of rebooting and power cycling,the support offered me to "cancel" my subscription they would refund me,and I could buy it again.

I accepted it,because I thought it would RESET the subscription (like,it never happened) but instead it just "expired". I'll get my refund in 1~3 days but yeah,the trial is "free" (I just had to link my credit card so I can auto renewal) so I'll get nothing
for refund.

And now even if the "Try 30 days of Live Gold" offer appears I can't buy it because I "already used" my 30 days of XBOX Live even though I played for like 2 hours MAX.

I guess they can't do anything about it,right?

Family pack error!!!!!!!!!

I am so annoyed!!! I bought black ops 2 for xmas, then i go to play online and apparently i have been removed from my gold family pack!

Now it wont let me re-add myself to it, within 5 days!!! Microsoft this is so pathetic seriously. what is this preventing, now i will have to wait 5 days just to play again, so pathetic!

Xbox Live Gold not working any more

Hello, i had a 14 day trial xbox gold, after that i bought 1 month of gold but it doesn't let me play multiplayer games any more (the buy xbox live gold message appears).

I opened the ports for multiplayer, removed my account from the console and signed again, shut down the console and removed the power, nothing worked. Any help?

I understand that a xbox game pass 14 days trial code or a xbox live gold 14 days trial code can't be used/sold as xbox game pass ultimate 14 days trial code for sure.

Because a 'xbox games pass ultimate 14 days trial code' equals a 'xbox game pass 14 days trial code + xbox live gold 14 days trial code', so for new Microsoft/Xbox accounts, a 'xbox game pass ultimate 14 days trial codes' could be used/sold as 'xbox game
pass 14 days trial code' or 'xbox gold live 14 days trial code' , right?

Please help to clarify.

Hi, I'm afraid it's not a code. When you first setup the Xbox One console it asks would you like to sign up for Xbox Live Gold free 30 day trial. I clicked Yes, but when I went to setup Payment options, it said they were already in use. So had to cancel
it down, login to my Xbox 360, remove the payment methods. When I went back to my Xbox One, I couldn't find the Xbox Live Gold free 30 day trial. It's like it has vanished.

I've tried everything after speaking to customer support (who have forwarded to Advocacy support now after 3hrs of discussions!).

Tried:-

Creating 2 other accounts, 1 with a payment method and 1 without.

Both accounts were created on the Console itself.

Can't reset to factory defaults as I'll lose FIFA 14 (game download through one use code) as well as any off-line saves. Re-buying FIFA for £54.99 is not an option lol... could buy 2 years of Gold for that much!
