Personally, I suggest that you check your wallet just in case you haven't made a mistake and instead of buying gifts you have already reloaded your wallet. In case you are sure that you have purchased regal aya, I suggest you contact the game support.

Yesterday I bought a 50$ card for gta online and guys convinced me they were modders so I gave them the code and they scammed me can u plz help me xbox

They never sent me an email or gave me a time frame which is why I'm so angry

I bought the physical copy. I scanned the card inside where it gave me the season pass or whatever, I just know it gave me something, just not the bonus games.

I didn’t even bother talking to Microsoft customer support. I’d read too many comments about how useless they were with solving this problem. If the charges didn’t show up on my account but show on my card, then that’s a problem and I went straight to my card issuer. They immediately disputed the charges and gave me my money back. It just makes no sense how a card I’ve never used with Microsoft gets charged multiple times for 0.99. They still provide no answer for it.
