    i just bought a game off the xbox store called ghost recon wildlands, i didn't mean to preorder it but i meant to get the free on for beta not realizing that i didn't have to buy the full version to try the beta. may i please have a refund to my account
    on xbox one?

    bought battlefield 4 premium by accident!

    i just went on to buy some game on the black friday sale list and i thought that battlefield 4 premium already contained the original game so bought that and i basically have battlefield premium but without the actual game.

    now can i get a refund or what?

    They go by when you sent the request it. So as long as you sent it in before the 14 days, you don't have to worry about that. Any update they have will be emailed to you. There is no way to speed up the process, especially right now as anything support
    related may take longer than usual.

    I wouldn't worry about it. With the Covid situation, it may take a little longer to receive a response than the normal 72 hours. So that is normal right now.
