Bought skyrim's anniversary edition add on and can't play it

Hi, I just bought skyrim anniversary edition the disk version, I used the code for the anniverary add on, I downloaded it but I can't play the game with the anniversary content that I paid for... every time I try to log in it says "impossibile connect to the Bethesda.net servers.

I tried all the possible solutions that I found on your website but nothing worked
