    Bought Shark Card - didnt get anything


    I already contacted rockstar about megaldon shark card that i bought from xbox live, they replied:

    We have reviewed your query regarding missing GTA$. Unfortunately, we were unable to verify this claim as we could not see any missing GTA$ in your account.

    What can i do??

    I bought that deal too GTAV and a 500,000 bull shark card free for £50. And still don't know where to get the bull shark card from ?

    I bought a $50 Whale Shark Card and was supposed to get a $10 Bull Shark Card WORTH $500,000 IN GTA ONLINE, but I did never receive a code in my mail.
