    Bought season pass for Skyforge, have not received items.


    I purchased the season pass for Skyforge on the 16th, its now the 21st and i have yet to receive any items I have seen other people with the items so im not sure why i have not got them yet.

    I still have not received my code for the movie I bought two items on 3/17 within the promotion it's was injustice season pass and DC vs Mortal kombat.

    Also bought the season pass on the 16 and have yet to receive it. Bought some argents today and still haven't received those. My.com redirected me back to Microsoft during my ticket. 8( Getting a little frustrating.

    You purchased the DLC before you bought the season pass. Sorry, but there is a no refund policy on items purchased from the marketplace.

    I appreciate for the quick response.

    The only item I received was the seasonal pass bonuses and the Lightfall campaign, so I didn't receive the dungeon key or the weapon cosmetics
