Since the game does not appear on your purchase history, you might purchased it on a separate account. If you have other accounts, please access them and check again.

Are you able to see Sea of Thieves in your Ready to be Installed section? If not, verify the purchase was made by checking your history. Here is the support

By any chance, did you happen to purchase the game on the Microsoft Store? To confirm this, kindly sign in to your account on account.microsoft.com > go to Payment and Billing > then Order history.

From there, you should be able to see if the game Sea of Thieves was purchased under your Microsoft account.

Just a friendly reminder that Microsoft Xbox and Steam are two different gaming platforms. If you happen to purchase the game on the Microsoft Store, you will be able to play the game Sea of Thieves using the Xbox app.

It's most.likely a stolen account and you can be permanently suspended for buying an account
