Bought Rocket League keys, never got them.

Please help.

I bought 5 keys on Rocket League today but there was an error so i tried again an again up to 3 times it said i had an error. But now i see that i have payed for 15 keys, but i have never received the keys. I only wanted 5 keys and it let me pay for 15! And
now i still have 0.

I want my money back.

microsoft store lagged so

i just bought a pack of 5 keys for rocket league and i didn't have any before ths store lagged so when i got back in to the game it showed that i had bought 20 keys when i only pressed to buy 1 pack of 5 keys. my gt is . it pissed me of

i bought Rocket League Keys but I don't got my keys and my money are gone too. And by the way, I searched for support in the Xbox Website and it says Monday - Friday: 9:00 - 21:00pm. And Microsoft say they don't have open, I'll make up with Xbox...

yup having this same issue. Says on my bank statement I was charged and even get a confirmation email from Microsoft but.... no keys.. lame.

I'm having the same issue with Rocket League Crate Keys. Because I've already bought them, it reflects that I "own" it rather than giving me the opportunity to buy more. I wonder if this is an issue across all games that have packs that you can buy multiple
times?
