    I've used gold to buy 2 different puzzles and qhen i click to download the app keeps crashing. it does this everu single time and i cant download the puzzles i have bought previously.

    I cant reload $ download $ my already bought puzzles for some reason .

    I bought puzzles with my earned points ,,, but had to reset my laptop and now my already downloaded puzzles ( bought ) wont reload . can someone be of assistance as to why this is ?

    HELLO I CAME ACROSS YOUR FORUM QUESTION ABOUT MICROSOFT JIGSAW. I ALSO JUST USED GOLD TO BUY A COLLECTION OF PUZZLES BUT IT WON'T DOWNLOAD. DID YOU RECEIVE ANY SOLUTIONS TO YOUR ISSUE? I CAN'T FIGURE OUT HOW TO FIX , SO I CAN DOWNLOAD PUZZLES.

    I am new to Microsoft jigsaw and used pointes earned to download more jigsaws. BUT where are they ... any help would be great - otherwise I will just go back to jigzone.com .... where I don't have this issue.

    You may have to download them again. Go to See All Collections. You should see all the collections you own but they may say New, download. DL them again.
