    We bought a key for Forza Horizon 3 + Hot wheels through Kinguin - in order to play it on a Windows 10 PC. We entered the key and it seemed as if we had the game on our Xbox account. The images of Forza Horizon 3 and Hot Wheels appear but only with the possibility
    to press "Achievements" or "Follow"/"Unfollow". But there is no button to Download or Play. How do we play the actual game? (This is the first time we try to use Xbox on Windows - and we do not have a Xbox consol. Feeling a bit silly...)

    I have accidently bought the wrong product. I have bought 12000 fifa 15 points instead of 12000 fifa 17 points, is it possible to change or can I use it for the same purpose as well? I have not received any downloadable content yet. I hope to hear from you

    Hi Collins24,

    I'm sorry to hear about this experience, I know it can be disappointing to get caught up in this.

    Since you already have a case open with Microsoft Store support you will have to continue to follow up with the agent you spoke to by email as they should have sent you one providing you information about the request you made.

    The only other thing I can suggest is contacting Xbox customer support and see what they can do for you in this situation:

    1. Contact us here
    2. Select Xbox One
    3. Select See other options.
    4. Select Payment & Billing
    5. Select show contact options and go to step 4
    6. Select request a callback from support



    Sorry once again having to go through this but I hope customer support can correct this situation for you.
