Bought PC Age of Empire: Definitive Edition from BESTBUY

Hello There,

I Bought PC Age of Empire: Definitive Edition from BESTBUY and received the 25 Digit Code. But don't know where to put that and how to download it to my PC ?

When trying to enter it 'https://redeem.microsoft.com/?refd=www.microsoft.com', I am getting an error as 'This
code has already been redeemed.'.

This is because when I entered the same at the first place it accepted and taken me somewhere that I am not aware of. Now again it asked for the 25 digit code and not accepting it.

It's seriously a Pain. Could you please help me with this and let me know how to download it straight and play without logging in repeatedly ???

You can phone Microsoft support on 0344 800 7000 and they may be able to assist you as that code wont work anymore but they may be able to assist you further

Unfortunately "Age of Empires Definitive Edition", is a PC only game. Be sure to check "Available on"
Section for any games you buy on the Microsoft Store to make sure it is compatible with all your devices.

Just for a clarification, AOE2 DE is not coming to Xbox, it is PC only.

If I (from the UK) look at the UAE page for the Age of Empires Definitive Edition, for example, it says it is available on Game Pass:
