bought my new xbox one came with 16 character code

How do i redeem this come. Xbox one accepts only 24 characters. Here is reference number was created by Microsoft customer service. 1328609010

16 character game code

I bought my xbox one console bundle which includes a game redeem code of 16 characters authentically bought from Argos.

I tried to enter my code into the use code section but it suggests I use a 25 character game code, why am i buying a bundle with a game that cant be used?

Any tips?

It's a 25 digit codes they accept

However if it's a 16 digit code you want to read the rest of the card

Usually those types of codes can only be redeemed on certain websites

Like ms store if that's where you got the codes etc

 

Ms store is differently from xbox store fyi

 

16 digit codes are usually redeemed within the game itself for some sort of DLC.
