I bought minecraft dungeons from the official website minecraftdungeons.com and I bought minecraft hero pass for dungeons on microsoft store on my web browser but it wont install and it wont link to my xbox live microsoft account which is linked to my minecraft

I purchase the game on the official Minecraft website. I do not see any transactions under the order history for some reason. I purchased the game and also created a new Microsoft account as I needed to link an account in order to buy the game.

this may not be specific, but i bought it only Minecraft's official website, i also owned version 1.21.4

Thanks for helping I really appreciate it! As far as country and region, I made the microsoft account and bought the game on the same computer. I used the mojang website to buy it. and yes I made sure to buy the java version because my other computer has that version and I wanted to link them to the same server. I didnt think to try the microsoft store. But I did make sure I was logged in because I learned that I need a microsoft account now that they bought minecraft. feel free to ask me whatever you need to help me recover my game. Thanks again.
