    Bought Minecraft, cannot install


    Hi, I bought Minecraft from the Microsoft Store. When I try to install (logged in Windows 10 under the same username), the pc returns error "you have no suitable device to install to". I am running Windows 10 and all the specs are as defined in the required
    configuration for the game. Any idea?

    Game won’t install

    I bought an Xbox one and it came with Minecraft. I’ve just redeemed the code successfully. However, when I’ve gone to install it, it won’t let me press on install, and obviously I cannot install. I’ve restarted my Xbox and it still won’t install. The game
    expansion packs my Xbox came with have installed successfully. But obviously are no use to me because the main game won’t download. Can anyone help please.

    Cannot activate Minecraft explorers pack for children

    I have bought Xbox One Minecraft with Minecraft explorers pack. I entered the code to Microsoft store and see the pack in my account in Minecraft, but the children do not see it. Why they can play Minecraft,
    but cannot use this add-on? The add-on is useless for me, I have bought Xbox for children, I do not play Minecraft.

    It is true that Minecraft cannot be installed on to the hard drive. The Star Wars game is an older one as well and more than likely cannot be installed either.
