Bought minecraft awhile back and after a computer wipe, can't play it anymore.

I understand you need help on your Minecraft game problem.

This normally happens when you are not logged in to the correct account that has the game.

Make sure you are on the right account that bought the game, you should be able to see if the game is indeed purchased on that account by checking order history first here:

https://account.microsoft.com/billing/orders/

Try accessing other accounts that you know and make sure that the game is on your order history and once you made sure of that, try to log in to that account on your Xbox app or on Microsoft store.

I still need to finish the game. I bought it awhile back for £10 , but after a couple of hours stopped playing. I'll try and finish it at some point.

hello microsoft i used to play minecraft allot but deleted it after some months i wanted to reinstall it but the game says i have to rebuy it but ive bought the java and bedrock bundel i could play minecraft some months ago but now it says i sadly dondt own it anymore after i bought it tho
