    Trying to buy packs on madden bought the packs and never got them. Now the money is gone and no madden packs.

    Didn't get the MUT points I bought

    bought the $99.99 pack of points on Madden Ultimate Team and never got my points and was still charged. Any suggestions what I should do? Kinda a big deal to me since I bought the $100 amount. Any help is appreciated

    I’ve never bought one and I never will. I don’t support those types of blatant money grabs. The only money I’ll spend after buying a game is on full size dlc packs (ie expansions).
